My class went swimming for  three weeks, it was fun because  it is good for you we walked there and back.   we learnt about life jackets  and how to get out of a boat and  how to be safe in the water to we know if our boat is sinking and  we know how to be safe  my instructor was kat.  We  went to the gi  pools   we did arm strokes and i was the best at it

Sky Tower Stair Climb

in Auckland the fire Fighters did the sky tower Challenge  when they have to run up 1,103 stars  and 50 floors this all started in  2005 and there was a lot of hard work it was a Danger-Zone  there was two teams in this Challenge you have to get to the top floor here is  a link to the video  about doing it
